Contraction, relaxation.

Full moon, new moon.

Stability, flexibility.

Tide in, tide out.

Heart beat, pause.

Create intention, let go.


Like the cycles of nature all around us, our growth and healing is dependent on defining what we want to create and knowing what we need to let go of. Seldom can we move towards a new way of life until we imagine how things need to be different. Different in terms of what actions we will take to make the change and also what we will let go of.
